Do you offer UV protection on all sunglasses?

All FortShades sunglasses are equipped with UV400 lenses, providing 100% protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays. Our polarized lenses go a step further, featuring an advanced polarization filter to reduce glare from reflective surfaces like water, snow, and metal, minimizing visual strain and enhancing clarity.

FortShades lenses are designed using state-of-the-art AntiScratch technology, offering improved resistance to heat, humidity, impacts, and scratches. Additionally, our oleophobic coating helps prevent water, oils, and sweat from adhering to the lenses, making them easy to clean and maintain.

We adhere to global quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 9002, EN ISO 12312-1:2013, ANSI Z80.3:2008, and AS/NZS 1067:2003, ensuring top-notch durability and safety.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.

If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.

Order modification and cancellation

Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel it.

Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made, however, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at info@fortshades.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Declined Payments

The three most common reasons why a payment is being rejected by our payment system are as follows:

  • Insufficient funds. Make sure there are sufficient funds in the account to make the purchase.
  • The credit card was not issued from the country you are currently in. Make sure the credit card you are using is issued from the same country where you are making the purchase.
  • Your bank is blocking online payment for security reasons. Contact your bank and make sure that the payment is not being blocked.

Security of Payment Information

All transactions are handled directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or read again.
